Requirement analysis
We start from the process duty - material, bulk density, throughput, accuracy, hygiene class and control environment - not from a model number in a catalogue.
Engineering
The equipment is engineered around that duty: weighing arrangement, material of construction, surface finish, access for inspection and the control tier that matches how the line is staffed.
Material selection
Stainless grade, lining material and welding process are chosen against the corrosion, purity and wear demands of the material being handled.
Manufacturing
Fabrication, machining and welding are done in-house in Shenzhen, including the precision parts that most suppliers buy in.
Assembly and control integration
Mechanical build, PLC, touchscreen and electrical fit-out are completed and the host interface is configured to your protocol.
Inspection and test
The unit is checked against the specification before dispatch, with the digital interface verified against the command set.
Packing and shipping
Equipment is packed for the export route it is travelling and documented for customs clearance at destination.

Can equipment be badged to our brand?
Yes. OEM supply is one of our two main routes to market, alongside equipment sold under our own name.
Do you work from our drawings or from our process requirement?
Either. Provide drawings and we build to them; provide the process duty and our engineers design the equipment around it.
Can the control system be matched to what our other machines use?
Yes. Remote Control, Local Economic and Local Touchscreen versions are available, and the packing machine can be supplied with WP251 or Ampere (Jeman) control systems.
