Which route will my piece take?
Diameter, wall thickness and quantity decide it. Water pressure forming for large one off spheres, mould pressing for repeat small and medium balls, spinning for the heaviest sections.
Can a single project use more than one route?
Yes. A sphere group with domes and a concave wall disc will cross three routes and still ship as one order.
Do you handle finishing in house?
Yes. Polishing, brushing, sandblasting, electroplating, etching, silk printing and sprayed colour are all part of the same workflow.
