What to Send US
We can create work from a small sample, an idea, a 3D drawing or detailed pictures, because our factory keeps a 3D drawing design team and an in house artist team. The more of the list below you can answer, the closer the first quotation will be to the final price.
The Eight Specification Points
Diameter, or the range of diameters if the piece is a group.
Grade: 304 for indoor, 316 or 316L for coastal, marine and acid rain locations.
Wall thickness, between 0.6 mm and 6 mm.
Finish: mirror polish, mill finish, brushed, sandblasted, electroplated, etched, silk printed or sprayed RAL colour.
Mounting: free standing, base plate, support post, granite or steel base, wall or ceiling fixing.
Openings: drilled and tapped holes, laser cut pattern or perforation.
Water: whether the piece is a fountain and, if so, the basin dimensions and pipe length.
Destination and access, so packing and freight are planned with the piece rather than after it.
Working with a Studio Drawing
We work with sculpture artists and designers to create customised pieces and accept OEM and ODM orders. If you already have your own design, send it and we will discuss the fabrication detail against it.
