By Express, Door to Door
For samples and small orders we use air express courier. The choice of courier varies by country, and most countries currently have some or all of DHL, UPS, FedEx and Aramex available. China EMS is also available for certain countries.
Delivery is usually around 5 to 8 days by DHL, UPS, FedEx or Aramex, and 10 to 16 days by EMS, depending on the country. Remote addresses attract an additional remote area service cost from the express company.
By Air, Door to Airport
For medium and urgent orders we use bulk air shipment. Your forwarder collects the goods at your airport. The price is much better than express and it is faster than sea, with delivery usually around 5 days to your local airport.
By Sea, Warehouse to Seaport
For larger orders we ship by sea. It takes longer but it is the cheapest route, usually 15 to 45 days to your local customs. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the carrier, who may contact you to confirm shipment details. Where additional paperwork is required for clearance we assist as much as possible.
