A tubular steriliser for continuous sterilisation of dairy, fruit juice, beverage and other liquid food products. Sterilising temperature is protected by a high temperature alarm and low temperature reflux so product that has not reached condition is not passed forward. Tube interiors are well polished so every tube can be fully cleaned, and the system self sterilises to maintain aseptic conditions. Control is full automatic PLC, covering and recording the whole CIP cleaning process, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation, with automatic CIP and SIP. Process flow runs from product inlet at 5 degrees C to 65 degrees C, homogenise, then 137 degrees C. Working capacity is 1000L/H to 15,000L/H, customised.
Low temperature reflux returns product that has not reached sterilising condition instead of letting it through to the filler
Recorded CIP pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation cycles give the evidence an aseptic audit asks for
Automatic CIP and SIP mean the system prepares itself for aseptic production without manual intervention
Well polished tube interiors mean the whole tube surface can be cleaned rather than leaving soil behind
Tubular construction handles continuous running on dairy juice and beverage product on one system
Product that fails to reach sterilising temperature can reach the filler if there is no reflux protection
Aseptic claims cannot be defended without a record of sterilisation and cleaning cycles
Poorly finished tube interiors hold soil and undermine the aseptic condition of the system
Manual sterilisation of pipework before production is slow and inconsistent

Pasteurisation produces chilled shelf life while UHT sterilisation at 137 degrees C targets shelf stable product
Tubular construction suits continuous running and is polished internally for full tube cleaning
The yogurt unit prepares a mix for fermentation while this system sterilises product for aseptic filling
The process flow takes product from 5 degrees C to 65 degrees C, homogenises it and sterilises at 137 degrees C.
The system has a high temperature alarm and low temperature reflux, so product that has not reached condition is returned rather than passed forward.
Yes. Control is full automatic PLC with auto CIP and SIP, and the system controls and records the whole CIP process, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation.
From 1000L/H to 15,000L/H, customised to the line.
Product contact parts are SUS316L stainless steel and other parts are SUS304 stainless steel.
Build time depends on the throughput and the recording and control package and is given in writing with the quotation.
