High viscosity products such as tomato paste and concentrated fruit juice will not pass through plate equipment, which is why model HTK-TGS-01 uses a tube-in-tube arrangement. Product enters at 25℃, is sterilized at 95~ 121℃ for 120S-180S, and leaves at 25℃~ 35℃, after which it can be filled into an aseptic bag. Working capacity is 1000L/H to 15,000L/H. Product contact parts are SUS316L stainless steel with SUS304 elsewhere. Control is SIEMENS PLC full-automatic with touch screen, supported by a UK Spirax Sarco steam pressure reducing valve, German Burkert and Spirax Sarco temperature control and a German Labom temperature transducer. Workshop output is 20Unit/Month.
Tube-in-tube flow path passes high viscosity product that would block narrower gap equipment
A defined profile of 25℃ inlet sterilizing at 95~ 121℃ for 120S-180S and 25℃~ 35℃ outlet makes the cycle documentable
SUS316L on product contact parts stands up to acidic concentrates while SUS304 elsewhere keeps cost sensible
Output condition suits filling into aseptic bag so the product can go straight to bulk packaging
German Labom transducer and Burkert control hold the sterilizing temperature within its window
Capacity from 1000L/H to 15,000L/H lets the sterilizer be matched to plant throughput
High viscosity product blocks or shears in equipment designed for thin liquids
Without a defined hold time and temperature the sterilizing step cannot be validated
SUS304 contact surfaces are attacked by acidic concentrates over time
Sterilizing equipment sized to a nominal figure does not match plant throughput

Figures shown are taken from the supplying factory documentation. Anything not listed here is confirmed in writing before order.
The retort sterilizes packs after filling while this unit sterilizes product in flow before it is filled
The tunnel treats sealed packages whereas the tube-in-tube unit treats bulk product in the pipeline
Plate gaps struggle with viscous product while the tube-in-tube path is built for tomato paste and concentrates
High viscosity liquid food and beverage products, for example tomato paste and concentrated fruit juice.
Product inlet at 25℃, sterilizing at 95~ 121℃ for 120S-180S, then product outlet at 25℃~ 35℃.
Working capacity runs from 1000L/H to 15,000L/H and is built to the throughput you state.
Product contact parts are SUS316L stainless steel and other parts are SUS304 stainless steel.
Yes. The final product can be filled in aseptic bag, so the unit is normally specified alongside an aseptic filling stage.
The listed minimum is one unit, with the quantity agreed at quotation.
Lead time depends on the capacity and process configuration selected and is confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Send the drawing, capacity or duty cycle you need and we will come back with the factory match, the build detail and the commercial terms.
