Every Grade Range We Carry

Each one is listed with the temper, surface, thickness and width we can actually supply, so you can check it against your drawing before you enquire.

The Problem We Solve

Mills Sell Their Widths Your Line Runs Something Else

Mills sell in their own widths, their own minimum tonnage and their own standard tempers. Most manufacturing lines do not run any of those. We sit between the two, select the mill whose rolling practice suits the part, and deliver coil in the gauge, width and temper the line was set up for.

  • Mill widths do not match the strip your die or roll former actually runs
  • The grade you need is stocked, but only in a gauge or temper that does not suit the part
  • Minimum mill tonnage is several times your annual usage
  • Narrow parts are blanked from wide coil and most of the strip leaves as skeleton scrap
  • Springback changes between deliveries because temper was never specified

Why This Sits With a Trading House

We are a technical trading house, not a catalogue. Around half of what we ship is customized rather than standard, which means the normal answer to an unusual gauge or width is a specification discussion, not a rejection.

Trading in standard products is the foundation of the business. Technical competence, long-term customer relationships and an understanding of how our customers actually run their lines regularly turn into deeper cooperation and into customized products and solutions. Around half of our sales are standard products and half are customized.

How We Work

From Your Drawing to a Packed Coil

RequirementWe start from the part, the process and the service environment rather than from a grade and a tonnage.
SpecificationGrade, temper, surface and coating weight are fixed together as one specification.
Mill MatchingThe order goes to the mill whose rolling practice suits that gauge and grade.
SlittingCoil is slit to your developed width, from 5 mm, in a plan worked out before the coil is committed.
Check and PackThickness, width, edge and surface are checked, then packed for the route it is travelling.
Where We Are

A Trading House Inside China's Metal Processing Belt

Our base at Linjiang Industrial Park in Xiaoshan District Hangzhou
We are based at Linjiang Industrial Park in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, which puts us inside one of the densest metal processing regions in China and within reach of Ningbo and Shanghai for export.
Rolling line at a partner steel mill
We act as agent for a number of leading Chinese steel and aluminum mills. Mills differ in rolling practice and in how tightly they hold gauge at the thin end, so the choice of mill is part of the specification.
Incoming inspection checking strip thickness and surface condition
Thickness across the width, slit width, edge condition and surface are checked against the order before a coil is released, because a problem found here is cheaper than one found on your press.

Questions We Are Asked Most Often

Are you a mill or a trading company?
We are a technology trading company and act as agent for a number of leading Chinese steel and aluminum mills. We add value by matching your specification to the mill whose rolling practice suits it.
What materials do you supply?
Precision stainless steel strip in 200, 300 and 400 series, cold rolled carbon steel strip in DC01 to DC06 and HSLA 260 to 550, hot dipped galvanized strip in DX51D to DX56D and S260GD to S550GD, and painted or anodized aluminum coil in the 3000 to 6000 series.
What is the thinnest and narrowest material you can supply?
0.05 mm on precision stainless strip and on the DC01 to DC06 cold rolled grades, slit as narrow as 5 mm. Galvanized and aluminum start at 0.15 mm.
Can you supply a specification that is not on the website?
Often yes. Around half of our sales are customized rather than standard, so an unusual gauge, width or temper is normally a specification discussion rather than a refusal.
How do I start an enquiry?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with the part, how it is formed and where it will be used. Grade and tonnage alone are enough to quote, but not enough to specify well.

Send Us the Part Not Just the Grade

Tell us what the part does, how it is formed and where it lives. That is usually enough for us to point at the right grade, temper and width the same day.
