Importing Packaging Machinery From China Without Delays
Most delays on machinery imports are not manufacturing delays. They are documentation and freight decisions made late.
Agree the delivery term first
Guorun accepts FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FAS and CIP. The term decides who books the freight and who carries the risk, so settle it before the quotation is signed rather than after.
Plan the lead time honestly
Sample delivery is quoted at 30 working days and OEM orders at 45 working days. Add your own freight transit time to that, not to the despatch date.
Choose the freight mode against the machine
Sea freight is cost effective for large machines, and most of this range is large: the GR-1200ZA weighs 3000 kg in an 11.5 metre frame. Air freight exists for urgent orders, and door-to-door service is available.
Collect the compliance documents
