Building a Collapsible Box Forming Line
Collapsible box lines are specified around the fold, not the footprint. Wing and side panel sizes, the number of links in the board system and the placement accuracy decide whether the box erects square at the customer's warehouse. Guorun builds three levels of the same process.

Each stage below produces something you can check: a matched envelope, a signed delivery term, a tested first-article box.
Pick the automation level
GR-1000BA for short runs and samples, GR-1100ZA for volume, GR-1200ZA where vision-guided placement is needed.
Plan the run length
2.2 m for the GR-1000BA, 9 m for the GR-1100ZA and 11.5 m for the GR-1200ZA, plus access on the operator side.
Confirm power and air
4 kW at 220 V, or 25 kW and 28 kW at 380 V. Compressed air at 0.7 MPa on all three.
Prove the fold
First-article boxes are folded and re-erected during the factory test before the line ships.
Hand over
Operation training, one-year warranty and compliance documents for import clearance.
