Setting Up A Format On The GR-1100ZA
Step 1Plan a clear nine-metre run with access on the operator side before delivery.
Step 2Confirm that the 25 kW 380 V supply and a 0.7 MPa air line are in place.
Step 3Import the spray graphic for each format and run a first article through the full line.
Step 4Check that the finished box folds flat before releasing the order.

The GR-1100ZA automates what the semi-automatic GR-1000BA does by hand, at the cost of a nine-metre footprint and 25 kW. The GR-1200ZA is the longer 7-link board line with CCD vision and robot positioning for more complex box geometry.
Quality Control Certification and Customisation
Every machine is assembled, wired and test run in the Guorun workshop before despatch, with the customer's own box format used for the trial where one has been supplied. Guorun holds eleven granted Chinese patents covering forming, feeding, conveying and glue spraying mechanisms, listed on the About page.
