Choosing and Commissioning a Rigid Box Assembly Line
A rigid box assembly line is specified from the box, not the machine. Guorun works backwards from your cover size, inner box type, film finish and daily volume to the model that covers all four, then commissions and tests the machine in Wenzhou before it ships.

Each stage below produces something you can check: a matched envelope, a signed delivery term, a tested first-article box.
Match the envelope
Every Guorun model publishes a maximum and minimum cover, inner box and dispense area. The box has to sit inside all three.
Decide semi-automatic or automatic
Semi-automatic suits high-mix short runs. Fully automatic suits repeat formats where labour saving pays back.
Check the utilities
Between 4 kW and 28 kW depending on model, 220 V or 380 V, and compressed air at 0.7 MPa on every machine.
Build and test
The machine is assembled and run in our own workshop. Sample delivery is quoted at 30 working days, OEM at 45.
Ship and train
Sea freight for cost, air freight for urgent orders, door-to-door available. One-year warranty and lifetime operation training.
