Every Guorun machine applies adhesive by computer-controlled spraying rather than roller coating. The control system sprays stripe, dot and mist patterns, and can spray fonts and logos, which saves glue, holds adhesion and leaves no missed areas. The GR-500B online glue drawing machine covers inline gluing within an existing line.

Choose the pattern type
Stripes for panel edges, dots for large flat areas, mist for full coverage, and text or logo patterns where required.
Set the dispense area
Each model publishes a maximum and minimum glue area, from 50 x 50 mm up to 600 x 550 mm.
Verify the bond
A first-article box shows whether the bond line is free of bubbles and squeeze-out before the run is released.
Maintain the nozzle
Nozzle cleanliness at shift change is the single largest factor in consistent spray edges, together with holding 0.7 MPa air.
