Every Guorun specification table publishes a maximum and a minimum for the cover, the inner box and the glue area. Your box has to fit inside all three, and the minimum catches people out more often than the maximum.
A plant buying for its largest wine box often finds the same machine cannot hold its smallest cosmetic box. The GR-950WA stops at a 120 x 90 mm cover, while the GR-580ZA goes down to 80 x 50 mm and the GR-600B to 90 x 50 mm.
The inner box envelope is a different number from the cover. The GR-1000B takes inner boxes to 600 x 550 x 150 mm per station, while the GR-580ZA stops at 380 x 380 x 80 mm.
Dispense areas run from 50 x 50 mm to 600 x 550 mm across the range. A large flat panel with a small published dispense area will need more than one pass.
Rated speeds run from 0-15 pcs/min on the long automatic lines to 0-30 pcs/min on the GR-1000B. Daily output figures published by Guorun are around 7,000 units for most models and about 15,000 for a double head semi-automatic setup.
