What The GR-1200ZA Does
The GR-1200ZA is a high-precision 7-link board collapsible box forming machine developed in house by Guorun. It completes shell feeding, glue spraying, positioning and bubble pressing forming in one continuous operation using PLC control, CCD vision, servo transmission and photoelectric detection. It is used for shoe boxes, gift boxes, electronic product boxes and cosmetic boxes.

Materials and construction: welded steel frame with servo or pneumatic drives, computer glue spraying control and a touch screen operator interface. Compressed air at 0.7 MPa is required on every model.

Setting Up A Format On The GR-1200ZA
Step 1Reserve an 11.5-metre run with maintenance access on both sides.
Step 2Confirm the 28 kW 380 V supply and 0.7 MPa air line before delivery.
Step 3Teach the CCD vision reference for each new blank and verify robot placement on a first article.
Step 4Check the bubble pressing result on the finished box before the run is released.
Compared With Other Guorun Machines
The GR-1200ZA is the most capable collapsible line Guorun builds, adding CCD vision and robot positioning that the GR-1100ZA does not have, in a longer 11.5-metre frame at 28 kW. For simpler formats at lower investment, the GR-1000BA or GR-1100ZA cover the same box families.
Quality Control Certification and Customisation
Every machine is assembled, wired and test run in the Guorun workshop before despatch, with the customer's own box format used for the trial where one has been supplied. Guorun holds eleven granted Chinese patents covering forming, feeding, conveying and glue spraying mechanisms, listed on the About page.
Full production lines are customised to customer requirements. Delivery is quoted at 30 working days for samples and 45 working days for OEM orders, with a one-year warranty and lifetime machine operation training.
