Problems This Range Solves

What Buyers Come To Us With

01

Beam angle is treated as a detail and ruins the lighting design

Beam angle is a part number here, not an afterthought. The 24, 36, 45 and 60 degree versions of the GU10 5W lamp are separate codes.

02

Retail displays need punch that a general bulb cannot give

COB emitters produce a single controlled source, which is what makes crisp accent lighting possible rather than a flat wash.

03

Track and display systems already fitted use different lamp holders

GU10, MR16 and AR111 are all held, covering mains and low-voltage track as well as recessed display fittings.

04

Colour accent lighting means adding another supplier

RGB spotlight versions at 3W and 5W sit in the same family and run on our controller range.

Questions Buyers Ask

COB LED Spotlights Questions

Which beam angle should I choose?

Narrow beams around 24 to 36 degrees for accenting individual products, 45 degrees for general display, 60 degrees for wall washing and broader coverage. Each angle is a separate part number.

What is the difference between GU10 and MR16 here?

GU10 is a mains voltage twist-lock lamp. MR16 is a low voltage bi-pin lamp that needs a transformer. Both are offered as 6W COB in this range.

Do you make AR111 lamps?

Yes, at 7W and 9W, with luminous flux published for both.

Can the RGB spotlights be controlled with the rest of our lighting?

They pair with the RF and WiFi controllers in our controller category, so they can be zoned alongside RGB strip and panels.
