Which platform size should I order?
Take the largest pallet or bin you will weigh and allow at least 100 mm of deck on each side. Common choices are 1.2 x 1.2 m for a Euro pallet and 1.5 x 1.5 m where forklift placement is less precise. Nine sizes are available from 0.8 x 0.8 m to 2 x 3 m.
Do I need the stainless steel version?
Choose stainless steel 304 if the area is washed down or the product is corrosive. The stainless model is a single deck without a frame, with a 5 mm top plate, U shaped beams and a stainless waterproof junction box, and covers 0.5 t to 3 t. For dry warehouse work the carbon steel model up to 10 t is more economical.
Is a ramp included?
Ramps are optional on the carbon steel floor scale. Tell us whether you will load by pallet truck, which usually needs a ramp, or by forklift, which usually does not.
Which indicator is supplied with the floor scale?
Indicator choice is open. Pick a printable head if you need tickets, a stainless steel head for wet areas, or a control head for batching. Any indicator in this catalogue can be quoted with the platform.
