We review your connector set for overmould compatibility and propose sealed circular options such as GX16 and M12 where a rectangular housing will not seal.

We have a professional engineering team for custom design and manufacture of moulds, so the tool is made to your breakout geometry.

Continuity, terminal retention strength and ingress protection tests are run before the build is signed off.
Sealed assemblies fail when the process drifts
Production follows the approved sample, with the same tooling and the same process parameters on every repeat order.
