We are open to any OEM project as long as you can provide a drawing or a physical sample. This is the route most of our customers take, and the stage gates below are the ones that decide whether the first production shipment matches what you approved.
A harness cannot be quoted from a photograph alone
Send a drawing, a circuit table or a physical sample with your annual quantity. We work back to a complete circuit list and confirm it with you in writing before quoting.
Connector availability drives more redesigns than any electrical issue
We quote to your specified connector part numbers, and where a part is obsolete we propose equivalents from our connector kit range to shorten lead time and reduce cost.
The first production run should not be the first time the part is seen
Sample orders ship within 3 days of confirmation, so you can fit the part to your own assembly before releasing volume.
Approval by email leaves too much room for interpretation
Samples are confirmed prior to trial or mass production, and the approved sample becomes the reference for every repeat order.
Small batch and multi variety runs get refused by large plants
Our production lines are set up for small batch, multiple variety work. Bulk lead time is typically 7 to 12 days.
A harness that looks right can still be wired wrong
Continuity and circuit verification, terminal retention strength testing and ingress protection rating tests are carried out on the harness types that require them.
Damage in transit undoes the whole build
Products are individually packed in PE bags and boxed to the specified quantities, with special packing built to your instruction.
