Pressing Sinter-HIP and machining run against the approved drawing.

Inspection
Dimensional checks are made against the agreed critical dimensions before packing.

Packing
Carbide is dense and brittle so parts are packed with edge and face protection suitable for air or sea freight.
Step 7
Documents
Commercial documents are prepared for your import clearance.
Step 8
After Delivery
If a part does not behave as expected send photos of the failure. That feedback is what improves the next order.

It depends on the geometry and the quantity. We give you a written timeline with the quotation rather than a general promise on a web page.
Who reviews my drawing?
Production engineers at the plant in Changsha. Messages sent on WhatsApp or by email reach them directly.
What if my part cannot be made in carbide?
We will tell you. Some geometries and some load cases are better served by steel and saying so is more useful than taking the order.
Can I visit the factory?
