What is Silicone Release Coating?

At the same time, according to different product applications, special formula structures such as anchoring agent, light stripping additive, and heavy stripping additive may be required to achieve higher quality release effects. Solvent based release silicone oil itself contains some solvents, which require additional solvent dilution when used. Solvent free release silicone oil does not require the addition of solvents. It is mixed evenly with each component and coated on the surface of the substrate. After heating and curing to form a film, the substrate can have an anti stick effect.
