Start from the failure, not the datasheet
Tell us where the current material falls down — viscosity drift at line temperature, foam carry-over, a release film that transfers, a hand feel your customer rejected. We work back from that to a grade specification rather than sending a catalogue.
Adjust what actually moves the result
Viscosity, active content, modification ratio, emulsion particle size and pH are all adjustable on our own reactors. The technical index published on each product page is the standard grade; tailored grades are quoted against a specification we agree in writing.
Validate before you commit tonnage
Every tailored grade ships first as a trial quantity with a certificate of analysis. You run it on your line; we adjust and re-issue the specification until the trial passes.

Does this cost extra?
Sampling, technical data sheets, safety data sheets and the per-batch certificate of analysis are part of the supply. Tailored grades are quoted per specification once we know the target values and the volume.
How long does it take?
Lead time depends on the grade and the pack size, and is confirmed with the quotation rather than promised in advance on a web page. Trial quantities normally move faster than bulk because they do not wait for a production slot.
