Block silicone oils with various hand feel styles can be synthesized by using multicomponent copolymerized epoxy silicone oils with different molecular weights.
- In the process of synthesizing block silicone oil, only organic amine can be added to polymerize into a new type of block silicone oil, which has good stability and good hand feel.
- In the synthesis process, the reaction activity is high and the reaction is complete, the amount of organic solvent is greatly reduced, the risk in the production process and transportation is reduced, and the reaction produces uniform and transparent high-content block silicone oil, which has more stable quality and environmental protection.
- The product modified by quaternization has better hydrophilicity and stability than ordinary quaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil.
- Polyether epoxy silicone oil with low ring content can be customized to meet the needs of foreign customers.
