What is Silicone Pressure Sensitive Adhesive?
The organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is mainly composed of a combination of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive main agent, crosslinking agent, catalyst, anchoring agent, etc. Depending on different product applications or customer needs, different adhesive force pressure-sensitive adhesive main agents may be mixed in different proportions to achieve different adhesive force effects. When using organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, additional solvents need to be added for dilution. The solvents are usually a mixture of toluene, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, n-hexane, acetone, and other solvents. After mixing each component evenly, they are coated on the surface of the substrate and heated to solidify into a film, which can give the substrate a certain adhesive effect and excellent exhaust foam performance.
