Put this in the email and skip a round trip
- Diameter and length, in metric or in gauge numbers
- Head type and drive
- Point and thread form, or the material the screw has to land in
- Material and property class
- Finish, or the exposure the fixing has to survive
- Quantity and destination port

Forms lose attachments, drop diacritics in names and give you no copy of what you sent. Email gives you a record of your own enquiry and lets you attach the drawing, which is the part we actually need.
Sending a drawing?
PDF, DWG or a clear photograph of a sample with a scale next to it are all workable. Mark the dimensions that are critical and the ones that are not — it changes both the price and the lead time.
