Every Stage Where This Usually Goes Wrong
Each stage names the problem first, then what we actually do about it. Nothing here depends on a claim we cannot show you.
The current pack is specified around the carton, not around how the product actually fails.
How we solve it. We start from the failure mode, whether that is edge impact, panel flex or bottle neck breakage, and design the jacket to prevent that specific movement.
A moulded insert needs new tooling every time the product changes.
How we solve it. Air column bags are made to your dimensions in any shape, so a product revision is a film change rather than a tooling programme.
