How do you protect individual pieces of fruit
An air column bag sized to the piece. The inflated columns hold the fruit away from its neighbours and from the carton wall.
Will the cushioning hold up through a long chilled transit
Air cushion film holds pressure for three to six months, so a normal reefer transit is well within its range.
What stops pallets moving inside a reefer
Air dunnage bags fill the gap between pallets. Match the model to the actual void, which can be up to 60 cm.
Does inflatable packaging trap moisture
The bags do not absorb water, so they do not hold moisture against the produce the way a saturated paper pad can.
