Which vacuum bag suits a channel vacuum machine
An embossed bag or roll. The embossed surface gives the machine a path to draw air out. Flat bags are for chamber machines.
Will POF film crack in a freezer chain
POF does not embrittle at low temperature after shrinking, which is why packers move to it from PVC for chilled and frozen distribution.
What gauge of shrink film do we need
It depends on bundle weight and tunnel settings. POF is available in 12, 15, 19 and 25 mic. Send your pack weight and dimensions and we will confirm.
Do you supply bags for direct food contact
Food vacuum sealer bags and food grade ziplock bags are made for food packing applications. Confirm the certification your market requires when you enquire so we quote the right specification.
How do we protect glass jars in the outer carton
Air cushion film for void fill, or honeycomb paper sleeves where each jar needs to be separated. Both keep glass off the carton wall.
