Radio Remote Control
Radio remote control is a paired transmitter and receiver system for cranes, hoists and mobile equipment, designed for operation up to 100 metres with 160 channels across 310-331MHz or 426-445MHz frequencies. Available in 2 to 12 button configurations, with single or double speed options, and built for your panel voltage.
Every Radio Remote Control Model We Build

Buyers This Series Was Built For
- Crane and hoist OEMs integrating wireless control into new machine builds
- Maintenance teams upgrading existing pendant cranes with radio control
- Equipment dealers needing a single control family that supports multiple voltages
- Traders requiring a single sample before placing a bulk order
- Operators in construction, mining or outdoor environments where wired controls are impractical
What This Series Fixes On The Machine
- Operator is restricted by a pendant cable that drags, snags or becomes damaged in motion
- The crane cab or fixed control point does not provide a clear view of the hook or load
- Existing wired controls fail in dusty, wet or high-vibration environments
- Multiple machines in the same area respond to the same control signal due to channel overlap
- Voltage mismatch between control panel and receiver requires an additional transformer
Why This Series Rather Than A Generic Control
- Control range up to 100 metres allows operator to stand where the load is visible
- IP65 rated transmitter and receiver resist dust, water and wash-down conditions
- 160 unique channels across 310-331MHz and 426-445MHz prevent cross talk between nearby machines
- Receiver built for AC380V, 220V, 110V, 48V, 36V, 24V or AC/DC12V to match panel voltage
- Button count from 2 to 12 available; single or double speed options on request
Where These Units Are Working Today
- Overhead and bridge cranes in fabrication and assembly shops
- Electric hoists, winches and monorails in industrial production lines
- Truck mounted cranes and mobile lifting equipment in construction sites
- Outdoor gantry cranes exposed to rain, dust and temperature extremes
- Mining and agriculture machinery where wired controls are prone to damage

Frequently Asked Questions
How many buttons do I need?
Count the motions on the machine and add one spare. Hoist up and down plus long and cross travel is six buttons; add auxiliary hoists or rotate and you are at eight or ten.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One set. A single sample is available so the set can be tested on the machine before a volume order.
Which receiver voltage do I order?
Match the control voltage in the crane panel. Receivers are built for AC380V, 220V, 110V, 48V, 36V, 24V or AC/DC12V.
How long is delivery?
About 2-4 days for a sample and around 7 days for a small volume order, then 3-8 days by FedEx or DHL.
Can I replace only the transmitter later?
Yes. Send the S/N and CH printed on the receiver and a new transmitter is built on the same channel so the receiver stays in place.
Is single speed available?
Yes. Radio remote controls are available in both single speed and double speed versions; state which one when you send the enquiry.
