Retrofit A Pendant Crane To Radio Control
Move an existing wired crane onto radio control without changing the motor wiring, by matching the receiver to the contactor coils already in the panel.
Every Stage And What Goes Wrong At It
Survey
Nobody knows the control voltage or the real motion count until the panel is opened.
Send a photo of the panel and the contactor coil voltage with the motion list. That is everything needed to pick the model.
Model Selection
Too few buttons and a motion is stranded; too many and you pay for control points nobody uses.
Button count is matched to the motion list with one spare, in single or double speed, from the F21, F23 or F24 range.
Sample
A control bought sight unseen may not suit the operator or the bay.
MOQ is one set, and a sample ships in 2-4 days so it can be tested on the machine first.
Build
A stock receiver rarely matches the panel voltage.
The receiver is built for the stated voltage from AC380V down to AC/DC12V, and button text is printed as arrow tips or your own English labels.
Install
An electrician needs to know exactly where the receiver lands.
The receiver mounts in the panel and its 1 m cable goes to the contactor terminals; the manual and connection diagram ship with the set.
After Delivery
A lost transmitter can strand the whole retrofit.
S/N and channel are printed on both units, so a replacement transmitter is built on the same channel and the receiver stays in place.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to rewire the motors?
No. The receiver switches the same contactor coils the pendant was switching, so the motor circuit is untouched.
Can I keep the pendant as a backup?
Yes. Both control paths can land on the same terminals.
How long does it take to get one?
A sample in 2-4 days, a small volume order in about 7 days, then 3-8 days by FedEx or DHL.
What if my panel is 110V?
The receiver is built for it. AC380V, 220V, 110V, 48V, 36V, 24V and AC/DC12V are all standard build options.
Is there a warranty?
12 months from delivery.
