How many buttons do I need?
Count the motions on the machine and add one spare. Hoist up and down plus long and cross travel is six buttons; add auxiliary hoists or a rotate motion and you are at eight or ten.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One set. A single sample is available so the set can be tested on the machine before a volume order.
Which receiver voltage do I order?
Match the control voltage in the crane panel. Receivers are built for AC380V, 220V, 110V, 48V, 36V, 24V or AC/DC12V.
How long is delivery?
About 2-4 days for a sample and around 7 days for a small volume order, then 3-8 days by FedEx or DHL.
Can I replace only the transmitter later?
Yes. Send the S/N and CH printed on the receiver and a new transmitter is built on the same channel so the receiver stays in place.
