Product Overview

What The Winch Remote Control F21-4S Is For

The F21-4S is a single speed radio remote control set for winches, hoists and mobile lifting equipment, supplied as a matched transmitter and receiver pair. Four function buttons operate at one speed, allowing precise control of winch drum rotation, hoist lift and other linear motions. Control range is up to 100 metres and both units are rated IP65, which allows operation in dusty, wet or outdoor environments without a protective cover. Receiver voltage is built to order from AC380V down to AC/DC12V, so the set can be wired directly into an existing control panel without a transformer.

Key Benefits

What You Get From This Unit

  • Operator can control the winch from a safe distance without trailing cables or being near the machine
  • IP65 sealed enclosures protect against dust, water and wash-down environments
  • Receiver voltage matched to your panel eliminates the need for an external transformer
  • Single speed operation simplifies training and reduces operator error
  • Over 4.3 billion unique ID codes prevent interference from other nearby remotes
Application Scenarios

Where This Model Is Used

  • Electric winches and wire rope winches in construction and mining sites
  • Hydraulic winches on mobile equipment where the operator needs to stand clear
  • Hoists and electric carts in warehouses with limited cab visibility
  • Retrofit of an existing winch system that uses a pendant or wired control
  • Outdoor winch operations exposed to rain, dust or high humidity
Who It Is For

Buyers This Model Suits

  • Winch and hoist OEMs integrating remote controls into new equipment
  • Maintenance teams replacing a failed or damaged pendant control station
  • Equipment dealers stocking a control unit that fits multiple voltage systems
  • Traders sourcing a radio control set from China with low MOQ and fast delivery
Problems It Solves

What Goes Wrong Without It

  • Operator must stand near the winch and is exposed to moving parts or falling loads
  • Pendant cable snags on structures or wears out quickly in a harsh environment
  • Existing panel runs AC110V and a standard 12V receiver would require a transformer
  • Two winches in the same area respond to the same remote due to unpaired signals
  • Wired control limits mobility and increases risk during operation
Technical Features

How The Unit Is Built

  • 4 function buttons plus emergency stop and on/off switch
  • Crystal plug-in frequency generation across 160 channels at 0.2675 MHz spacing
  • Operating frequency available in VHF 310-331 MHz or UHF 425-441 MHz
  • Transmitter LED flashes green when power is sufficient and red when batteries are low
  • Glass fibre housing on both transmitter and receiver for impact resistance

What The Housing And Contacts Are Made Of

  • Glass fibre housing on transmitter and receiver for durability in industrial environments
  • Sealed relay contacts rated 5 A to switch contactor coils directly without external relays
Manufacturing Process

How This Unit Is Made

Step 1

Boards are populated on the SMT line and soldered on the automatic wave soldering machine

Step 2

Transmitter and receiver are paired to a unique ID code and channel before assembly

Step 3

Each set is function tested against the ordered receiver voltage before packing

Step 4

S/N and channel are printed on the back of both units so a replacement can be matched later

Quality Control

What Is Checked Before It Ships

  • Raw material through finished product is inspected step by step on the production line
  • Working process follows ISO9001:2008
  • Every set is powered up and each motion is checked before it leaves the line
  • 12 month warranty from delivery
Customization Options

What Can Be Changed On Your Order

  • Receiver voltage selected from the listed range at order time
  • Button text supplied as arrow tips or as your own English labels
  • Two transmitters paired to one receiver, or a spare transmitter added to the set
  • Own brand and label printing accepted on OEM orders
Comparison

How It Compares With The Alternatives

Wired pendant control stationRadio removes the trailing cable but adds batteries to change and a receiver to wire in; a pendant is cheaper and never needs pairing
F21-6S with six buttonsThe 4S has fewer motions; if the machine needs more than four functions, the 6S is the better fit
F24-8D double speed setPush buttons are faster to train on; a double speed control allows slow approach and fast travel, which the 4S cannot do
Use Guide

Getting It Onto The Machine

  • Confirm the control voltage on the existing winch panel before ordering the receiver
  • Count the motions the machine actually needs, then choose the button count with one spare
  • Mount the receiver inside the panel with the 1 m cable running to the contactor terminals
  • Watch the transmitter LED: slow red flashing means change the two AA batteries
  • Record the S/N and channel from the back of both units so a lost transmitter can be replaced without changing the receiver
Questions Buyers Ask

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

One set. A single sample is available so you can test it on the machine before committing to volume.

How long is delivery?

Around 2-4 days for a sample order and about 7 days for a small volume order, then 3-8 days by FedEx or DHL.

Which receiver voltage should I order?

Match the control voltage on the winch panel. The receiver is built for AC380V, 220V, 110V, 48V, 36V, 24V, 12V or DC12V, so tell us the panel voltage with the order.

Can I get a replacement transmitter only?

Yes. Send the S/N and CH printed on the back of your receiver and we build a new transmitter on the same channel, so the receiver stays in place.

Will two winches in the same bay interfere?

Each set is coded with one of over 4.3 billion unique ID codes and runs on 160 channels, so a transmitter only answers its own paired receiver.

Can the button text be changed?

Yes. Arrow tips are standard and your own English button text and brand can be printed on OEM orders.

How is it packed?

One set per box at 22 x 16 x 12 cm, ten sets per carton at 50 x 35 x 30 cm.
