We are the original manufacturer of our own designed products and we have run ODM and OEM programmes for established lighting companies. That means a brand can start from our existing tooling instead of paying for a new die.
How It Works
Each stage below happens in our own building in Jiangmen unless stated otherwise.
Requirement Review
You send the target application, ceiling height, aperture preference and quantity. We map it onto existing models before proposing anything new.
Why it matters: Most enquiries are answered with a model that already exists, which removes tooling cost and lead time.
Specification
Power, beam angle, reflector finish, body colour and trim style are fixed per model into a written spec.
Why it matters: Written specs stop the second order drifting away from the first.
Sampling
Samples are built from production tooling, not hand-made mock-ups.
Why it matters: What you approve is what the line will produce.
Die Casting
Housings are cast in our own die-casting workshop.
Why it matters: Wall thickness and heat-sink geometry stay under our control rather than a subcontractor's.
Finishing And Assembly
Body and reflector finishes are applied and the light engine is assembled in house.
Why it matters: Reflector coating and body colour are matched batch to batch.
Laboratory Testing
Products pass complete system experiments in our own lighting laboratory covering function, anti-glare behaviour and light effect control.
Why it matters: Optical behaviour is verified before the order ships, not after a complaint.
Packing And Branding
Cartons, labels and manuals can carry your brand.
Why it matters: The shipment arrives ready for your warehouse and your customers.

Where does this happen?
In our own 3000 m² facility in Hetang Town, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen, Guangdong. The die-casting workshop, assembly and the lighting laboratory are in the same building.
How long has the company been doing this?
YiYo Lighting was established in 2009 and has concentrated on commercial lighting research and production since then.
Can we start from an existing model?
Almost always. With 70 catalogue models across four families, most requirements are met by selecting a model and specifying the beam angle, reflector finish, body colour and trim.
