Glare is not something you fix with a dimmer. It is decided by how deep the light source sits, what the reflector is coated with and how wide the beam leaves the aperture.
How It Works
Each stage below happens in our own building in Jiangmen unless stated otherwise.
Source Depth
The diode is recessed well inside the body rather than sitting near the aperture face.
Why it matters: From normal standing and seated angles the aperture reads dark instead of bright.
Reflector Coating
Gun black, matt black, matt white and bright silver finishes are offered across the spotlight families.
Why it matters: Dark coatings absorb stray light at the aperture; silver keeps output up where glare is less critical.
Beam Control
Beam angles from 5° to 60° are selected per room, not per building.
Why it matters: Light lands where it is wanted, so the ambient level can be lower and more comfortable.
Aperture Geometry
Trimless and bordered versions of the same cutout are available in the round and square families.
Why it matters: The ceiling detail can change without changing the optical behaviour.
Laboratory Verification
Anti-glare performance is one of the items checked in our own lighting laboratory.
Why it matters: The claim is tested in house before the product is catalogued.

Where does this happen?
In our own 3000 m² facility in Hetang Town, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen, Guangdong. The die-casting workshop, assembly and the lighting laboratory are in the same building.
How long has the company been doing this?
YiYo Lighting was established in 2009 and has concentrated on commercial lighting research and production since then.
Can we start from an existing model?
Almost always. With 70 catalogue models across four families, most requirements are met by selecting a model and specifying the beam angle, reflector finish, body colour and trim.
Who do we talk to?
