How heavy a bottom board should a restaurant specify?
We glue in boards from 250grams up to 400grams. Meal orders with sauces and drinks usually justify the heavier end, since the base carries the weight rather than the handles.
Why is this size narrower than a shopping bag?
At 35x10.5x25cm the gusset is deliberately shallow so containers sit snug and do not slide sideways, which is what tips a takeaway bag when it is carried at speed.
Flexo or offset printing?
Flexo costs less on long runs and suits simple logos. Offset in CMYK or Pantone handles finer artwork and exact colour matching. We advise based on your design and quantity.
