Twisted paper handles are chosen for two reasons: they carry more weight than a flat handle, and they keep the bag fully paper. On this brown kraft bag the handles are glued under the top edge and can be supplied in white, brown, black, red or orange to pick up a store colour without extra printing.

Printing, cutting, die cutting, finishing and assembly run at Xiamen LJY Printing Industrial Co., Ltd., our co-owned factory in Xiamen, on three sets of Heidelberg presses with inspection during every production step.

Are twisted handles stronger than flat handles?
Twisted handles are the usual choice for heavier loads because the rolled paper cord resists cutting into the hand and is glued across a wider patch inside the bag top.
Can the handle colour differ from the bag?
Yes. Twisted handles are available in white, brown, black, red and orange, so a coloured handle can contrast with the brown kraft body without adding a print pass.
How is quality checked during production?
Our co-owned factory runs in-house QC at every production step, from printed sheet through die cutting to the bag folding machines, so handle gluing and base forming are checked in line.
