Why is the minimum 50000 pieces?
These bags are machine made rather than hand assembled, so the run length reflects machine set-up. The MOQ on this line is 50000pcs, which brings the unit cost down accordingly.
Should we add the reinforced bottom?
It depends on load. Without it the base is plain kraft; with it a 250grams board is glued into the bottom. Heavier or sharp-cornered goods usually justify the reinforcement.
Which paper weight do most buyers choose?
We run kraft between 80grams and 200grams. Lighter weights suit light dry goods and promotional handouts, heavier weights suit groceries and takeaway containers that carry liquid.
