This white kraft bag is produced on our bag folding machines, so handle position, crease lines and the glued base repeat identically across the run. Paper runs 80grams to 200grams, with flat handles and the option of a 250grams board glued into the bottom.

Printing, cutting, die cutting, finishing and assembly run at Xiamen LJY Printing Industrial Co., Ltd., our co-owned factory in Xiamen, on three sets of Heidelberg presses with inspection during every production step.

Does the handle area need reinforcement?
A turnover flap of 35-60mm at the top stiffens the opening where flat handles are attached. It is worth specifying where bags are filled close to their capacity on a regular basis.
What weight of paper should we use?
Stock runs from 80grams to 200grams. Lighter weights suit light goods and promotional handouts, while heavier paper, often with a 250grams base board, is used where the load is concentrated.
How are the bags produced?
On paper bag folding machines in our co-owned Xiamen factory, with quality control carried out in house at every production step rather than only on the finished goods.
