These bags are machine made rather than hand assembled, and the minimum of 50000pcs reflects how the line is set up. It is the quantity that keeps this specification viable at a competitive price.
Should I add a reinforced bottom board?
It depends on the load. The base can be supplied plain, or with 250grams board glued in. Reinforcement is worth specifying when bags carry bottles, tins or anything with concentrated weight.
Can the handles be a different colour to the bag?
Yes. Flat or paper twisted handles are available in colours including white, brown, black, red and orange, so handle colour can be used as a deliberate contrast against the printed kraft body.
