Browse the catalogue choose the items you want and send the item link photographs and the quantity. A specific enquiry gets a specific quotation. A general request for a price list gets a general answer.
Understand the Minimum Order
The published WEFOR minimum is usually 20 containers for each kind of table with a lower quantity accepted for a trial order. Discuss the trial order route openly if you are entering the range rather than restocking it.
Sample Before You Commit
The sample fee is paid first and is deducted from the contract once the official order is placed. If stock exists a sample can be issued within three days. If production has to be arranged allow about 15 to 30 days.
Lock the Specification
Agree cabinet size finish graphics logo placement accessory content carton dimensions and shipping marks in writing. The approved sample becomes the production standard for the run.
Payment and Documents
Accepted payment methods are T/T Western Union and PayPal. Agree the document set you need for customs clearance in your market before the container is booked.
Plan the Spares Into the First Order
Every wearing part is a catalogue line. Adding a first year spares package to the original container costs very little freight and protects your dealer relationships from day one.
