How It Works

The Sequence

Step 1

Sample Order

The sample fee is paid first. It is deducted from the contract when the official order follows.

Step 2

Lead Time

If we have stock the sample can be issued within three days. If production has to be arranged it takes about 15 to 30 days.

Step 3

Review

You check finish graphics play action assembly and packaging against the specification.

Step 4

Approval

Comments are recorded against the specification and the corrected version becomes the production standard.

Is There a Charge for Sampling and Approval

Design and specification work is part of the order process. Where a physical sample is involved the sample fee is paid first and deducted from the contract once the official order is placed.

How Long Does This Stage Take

It depends on the complexity of the brief. Sample lead time is three days from stock or about 15 to 30 days when production has to be arranged. We give you a date rather than an estimate once the brief is fixed.

Do You Accept OEM and ODM Orders

Yes. OEM and ODM orders are accepted and we offer the service of adding the customer logo.

What Do You Need from Me to Start

The model or category the quantity your destination port and anything you already have on branding or specification. A photograph of a reference product is often the fastest start.
