Panel Cutting
Board stock arrives and is cut to the cabinet panel sizes on a panel saw. Sides ends tops and leg components are cut in batches. Dimensional accuracy here decides whether the cabinet will be square three operations later.
Edge Work and Surface Preparation
Cut panels are edged and prepared for finish. Edge quality is what a customer notices first when they open the carton and it is the cheapest defect to prevent and the most expensive to fix.
Printing and Finishing
Cabinet colour side panel graphics and playfield artwork are applied. Print registration is checked at the station because a misaligned graphic on panel three only becomes obvious once the cabinet is assembled.
Drilling and Assembly
Rod holes are drilled to position and the cabinet is assembled. Rod hole alignment is the single most important dimension on a foosball table. If the holes drift the rods bind and no amount of bushing adjustment fixes it.
Fitting Out
Rods bushings caps players goals ball return cup holders scoring and levelling feet are installed. Every rod is run through its full travel to confirm the action.
Check and Pack
The assembled table gets a finished check and a play check before it is boxed. Packing follows the carton specification agreed for the order so the container fill matches the quotation.
