How It Works

The Sequence

Step 1

Incoming

Board stock and bought in components are checked before they enter the line.

Step 2

In Process

Panel dimensions edge finish print registration and drilling are checked at the station.

Step 3

Assembly

Rod travel player fit levelling adjustment and cloth or playfield finish are checked on the assembled table.

Step 4

Pre Packing

A finished table check and a play check are made before the unit is boxed.

Quality Control and Inspection FAQ

Is There a Charge for Quality Control and Inspection

Design and specification work is part of the order process. Where a physical sample is involved the sample fee is paid first and deducted from the contract once the official order is placed.

How Long Does This Stage Take

It depends on the complexity of the brief. Sample lead time is three days from stock or about 15 to 30 days when production has to be arranged. We give you a date rather than an estimate once the brief is fixed.

Do You Accept OEM and ODM Orders

Yes. OEM and ODM orders are accepted and we offer the service of adding the customer logo.

What Do You Need from Me to Start

The model or category the quantity your destination port and anything you already have on branding or specification. A photograph of a reference product is often the fastest start.
