Chipsets, sensors, battery capacities and case dimensions are published on every product page, copied from the factory specification sheet. Where the factory has not published a figure we print TBC rather than estimating it.

What Problem We Solve

The Wearable Programme Fails Before It Reaches The Shelf

Most of the damage happens between the specification and the carton, in places a trading company cannot reach.

  • Nobody can answer the chipset question. Our specification sheets name the silicon: RTL8763EWE, SL8541E, Nordic nRF52840, Goodix 5515, Maxim Max86176, u-blox 7020.
  • Branding arrives as a sticker. Silk printing runs in our own plant, so logos go on the case during production, not after it.
  • Firmware requests bounce between suppliers. Dial libraries, boot screens and language sets are configured against the platform each model actually runs.
  • Packing problems surface at the forwarder. The packaging workshop sits at the end of the same assembly lines, so a packing fault is found in the building.
  • Certifications get described loosely. The ECG platform's CFDA and FDA certification is pending. We publish it as pending, every time.
  • Minimums price out a first launch. Our minimum order quantity is 3,000 pcs, which is small enough to test a range before committing to it.

The reason lead times hold is that no step leaves the site. A mould problem, a print problem and a packing problem are all solved by teams who work in the same plant.

Tooling and mould work for cases, bezels and strap hardware.

Surface mount assembly of the main board, sensors and radio modules.

Logos, legends and case markings printed on site, which is where private label branding is applied.

Are your devices medically certified

No. The ECG platform used in the Medical Grade ECG HRV watch is described as having CFDA and FDA medical certification pending. Pending is not granted and we never present it as granted.
