What This Covers

A brand that arrives as a sticker is not a brand. Silk printing runs in our own plant, so logos and legends go on the case during production, and the dial library and boot screen are built into the firmware image before final assembly.

Process

Step By Step From Brief To Carton

Each stage below happens in our own plant, which is why a question at one stage can be answered by the team at the next.

  1. Artwork intake

    Vector logo, colour references and any Pantone requirements, with the placement agreed on a physical sample.

  2. Silk printing

    Case backs, bezels and strap hardware printed in house alongside the production run.

  3. Custom watch faces

    Brand dials loaded into the face library; most models here carry 50 to 100+ faces plus a custom dial slot.

  4. Boot screen and app naming

    Startup artwork in the firmware image, with app naming handled with the platform owner.

  5. Retail packaging

    Box, insert, manual and label artwork, assembled and packed in our own packaging workshop.

  6. Pre-shipment check

    Artwork position, colour and packing standard checked against the approved sample before the lot ships.

Outcome: Devices that arrive already branded on the case, in the firmware and on the box, checked against a sample you approved.

Where does this work happen

In our own Shenzhen plant. Molding, plastic injection, SMT, silk printing, final assembly and packaging are all in house.

What is the minimum order quantity

3,000 pcs per model.

How long does a programme take

Samples run 1 to 3 working days after payment. Bulk production runs 20 to 25 working days after the deposit is received.

Who owns the tooling on an ODM project

Tooling ownership is agreed in writing before the mould is cut. We do not leave it ambiguous.

Can you tell us what a change will cost before we commit

Yes. Every requested change is classified as software, firmware, tooling or new silicon, and those four cost very different amounts.
