From Your Sketch to a Signed Sample in 7-10 Working Days
Most enquiries here are not for a catalogue item exactly as shown. They are for that item with three more compartments, a different closure, or an inner cavity matched to a specific device. That work is the normal case, not an exception.
What can be changed
Compartment count and sizes, tray and mat dimensions, inner cavity dimensions matched to a device's length, width and thickness, pen slot counts, closure style, lining colour and material, and the position and method of branding.
What is needed from you
A sketch or drawing for layout changes; device length, width and thickness for sleeves and cavities; AI or CDR vector artwork for logos; a Pantone reference or a colour approved from the supplied card.
Sampling
7-10 working days for most layout, size and colour changes; 10-12 working days for deeper structural changes such as a rebuilt compartment layout in the leather charging organiser, or custom retail packaging. Standard-model samples are charged at twice unit price and refunded once the order is placed; custom samples are quoted on design complexity.
Minimums
100 units per customised style across the range. A small number of deeper ODM changes - a new handle profile on the serving tray, a new buckle on the notebook cover - carry a 500-unit minimum because they need their own tooling.
Production
10-20 working days for colour and logo customisation; 25-35 working days where the style or function is changed. Air and sea freight are both arranged.
