The product changes, not only the logo
Compartment count and sizes, tray dimensions, lining colour, buckle style and pen slot counts are all built to a supplied sketch, with 7-10 working days for sampling on most lines.
Colour control across production runs
Pantone matching is quoted with a stated tolerance of ±2%, and a physical colour card is supplied for selection before production.
Range-building inside one minimum
Multi-colour and multi-size batches are allowed within the 100-unit minimum on most products, so a launch range does not need a minimum per variant.
Documented compliance for import
CE, RoHS, EU REACH and TCB certification is held across the lines that carry it, and test reports are provided for customs clearance.
