The grade decision is really a site decision. Here is how to make it without guessing.
What to send, what you get back, and how long each stage actually takes.
AI, EPS, PDF or DXF. A JPG or PNG of a logo is not artwork — it has to be redrawn before anything can be cut, and a redraw is never quite the original. If the vector file is genuinely lost, say so early and send the highest resolution image you have plus a flat-on photograph of any existing letter with a rule in shot.
You get back a specification — material and grade, thickness or return depth, finish, illumination, fixing — and a price that includes the mounting template, the fixings and, on lit builds, the transformer. Nothing on that list is an extra added later.
Normal production is 5–7 days on the bench. Illuminated builds are wired and run before they are packed.
DHL or UPS express, door to door, normally about 4 days in transit.
T/T, PayPal or Western Union. There is no minimum order, so a single letter is a perfectly normal first order — and the sensible way to check the finish before a rollout.
