Application review
Mounting position, vibration environment, duty cycle, washdown regime and voltage system are established before any model is proposed.
Model selection
We propose models from series already in continuous production rather than one-off SKUs, so the part stays available.
Sample and validation
Samples go through your own validation. Our mechanical, electronic and optical testing is done before the sample ships.
Documentation package
E-mark, CISPR 25 Class 4 and FMVSS 108 documentation is issued for the selected models so it can feed into the machine type approval.
Production supply
Production runs to an agreed schedule under ISO 9001 controlled process with 100% inspection before shipment.
Service supply
The same part number stays available for aftermarket and service supply after the machine goes out of production.
