Document Requests
Why are there no direct PDF downloads?
Because documentation is issued against a specific model and a specific production build. A generic PDF on a website goes stale and then misleads someone at customs. Ask for the document covering your model and you get the current one.
How fast do you send documents?
Usually the same working day on WhatsApp. Tell us the model number or send a photo of the product and we will match it.
Can I get documents before placing an order?
Yes. Most buyers want the compliance paperwork before committing, and we would rather you had it at the quotation stage.
Do you provide CAD files?
CAD and 3D files are provided on request through WhatsApp or email rather than as a public download.
