What This Product Is
A single row bar trades the raw output of a dual row for a much slimmer body, less wind noise and a cleaner look on a roof line. Because the LEDs sit in one line, the extruded body can be shallow and still present enough surface area to move heat, which is the main reason single row bars tend to hold their output better than a crowded dual row of the same length.

How It Compares
Against a dual row bar, the single row gives up some total output and gains a slimmer profile, less drag and usually better thermal behaviour per LED. Against a row of individual pods, a bar is a single wiring run and a single mounting job, which is why fleets prefer it.

Installation And Service Notes
- Mount on the bumper or in a roof channel rather than the leading roof edge if wind noise matters
- Run the harness away from the ECU and radio antenna lead
- Use the supplied relay: a bar of any length will outlast a dash switch wired directly
- Aim so the hot spot lands well beyond your low beam cutoff, not on top of it

What lengths are available?
Several lengths are in production. Tell us the mounting width you have to work with and we will send the models that fit.
Is a combo beam better than spot or flood?
A combo puts spot optics in the centre and flood at the ends, which suits a single bar doing both jobs. If you are fitting two bars, dedicated spot and flood units give better control.
Can the bar be wired without a relay?
We do not recommend it. The current draw of a full length bar will eventually damage a dash switch. The supplied harness includes the relay and fuse.
Do you offer the bar under our own brand?
Yes. Private label is standard for us. We have supplied distributors in more than 80 countries.
